I have read everywhere that you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Most popular is 8 by 8....not supported by hard evidence but easy to remember. Your body needs water, but the amount of water you need can change every day, based on your physical activity, the weather, and even your current health condition. The truth is everyone has a different amount of water that they should drink and it all depends on height, weight and how much a person exercises.
